About Pam
Pam is a special education teacher and administrator born and raised in Brazil. She holds a BA from Calvin University, an MS from the University of Bristol and is currently pursuing a PhD in Special Education at Michigan State University. Having worked in Muskegon, Detroit and Chicago, Pam is dedicated to inclusive education, pro-autonomy and anti-compliance.
Pam focuses on special education for multilingual learners, exploring assessments and support strategies before formal identification for special education support. Her career exemplifies a commitment to fostering diverse and proactive educational environments.
